About the Nondual Approach

Life is essentially undivided. It is only our identification with the conditioned body/mind that makes it appear otherwise. Our greatest suffering is rooted in taking ourself as a separate self in an apparently separate and unwelcoming world. As we deepen in self intimacy through rigorously honest self investigation, we discover and see through our various limiting identities and beliefs which allows a clearer recognition of our native wholeness and non-seperateness from the totality of life.
