| About the Nondual Approach | Nonduality offers the fundamental recognition of your true nature. It turns out that are not a person in a body in the universe. In a startling figure-ground reversal, you realize that "you," "your body," and "the universe," are all constructions within the boundless, luminous field of nondual awareness. When you see this, it's like you were watching a frightening 3D movie that seemed totally real, and all of the sudden your 3D glasses drop off, and you realize it was a stereoscopic illusion all along. But ultimately, this experience of the nature of being is beyond all words, stories, and concepts. |
