About the Nondual Approach

Non-duality is the heart of who we are. Which I describe as freedom, creativity and love. What blocks us from living from this freedom, creativity and love is the habit of identification. We try to push away, fight, kill what we don't like about ourselves--this only ever leads to more suffering and pain. Non-duality is a path of deep acceptance, because in this path we begin to see that every emotional pain, habit and fixed belief is simply part of the flow of life. Presence and love changes our view and our relationship to all the parts of ourselves, this in turn allows those parts to heal and transform. And through this process we affirm and rest in the fundamental freedom, creativity and love that we are.

Client Endorsements and Testimonials

In exploring my dreams with Kisei, I was blown away by two things: how safe I felt sharing in a vulnerable way with her, and the ease in which she saw the deeper meaning in what I was expressing. It is no small feat to do dreamwork; in doing so, one faces things that one might otherwise wish to turn away from. The importance of having a guide that is going to be kind, accepting and compassionate, no matter what, is therefore essential. Held in her motherly, Earth-like embrace, the process unfolded naturally, almost on its own. I don't know how she did it, but she saw things that were there, hidden voices within that were crying to be heard. Her wisdom and love came through so effortlessly. My inner child felt so safe, and I was surprised to see how free I felt to actually embody certain aspects of the dream. I highly recommend working on your dreams with Kisei! After our work together I left feeling both empowered and humbled, confident yet soft, alive and refreshed. --Shoan

Doing dreamwork with Kisei is like hiring a nature guide to help you explore your own wilderness. Her warm, centered, and deeply wise presence helps you stay loving and open as you re-enter dreamland and encounter different aspects of the dream/yourSelf.  It’s powerful stuff, and Kisei’s a powerful teacher. --Lucia

Kisei and I explored a vivid dream together, one that has stayed with me for several years. Although I find the dream’s content rather unsettling, Kisei was a supportive guide. I especially appreciate the care with which we shifted perspectives and the probing questions that expanded the landscape of the dream space. Our one-on-one session was a wonderful experience. --Michael
