I am a Holistic Trauma-Informed Coach, Compassionate Inquiry® Mentor, Somatic Meditation Teacher, and facilitator of transformational healing work. I support people in moving beyond self-rejection, survival patterns, and emotional overwhelm toward greater authenticity, embodiment, self-compassion, and aliveness.

My work integrates a trauma-informed approach, Compassionate Inquiry®, somatic practices, mindfulness, psychodrama, and non-dual wisdom. I believe that lasting transformation does not come from fixing ourselves, but from developing a compassionate relationship with all parts of who we are and reconnecting with our essential nature.

For more than twenty years, I have been immersed in personal development, trauma healing, embodiment, and consciousness studies. My own healing journey across cultures and traditions has deepened my understanding of human resilience and the universal longing for connection, belonging, and wholeness.

My intention is to create spaces where people can move from self-judgment to self-understanding, from surviving to living fully, and from disconnection to embodiment.

An integrated practice — trauma-informed, somatic, contemplative.

How non-duality shapes the work.

Through healing trauma, I discovered that beneath our protective patterns and conditioned beliefs lies an innate wholeness. As I reconnected with this deeper dimension of being, I experienced a profound sense of trust, not as an idea or belief, but as an embodied knowing.

This understanding continues to inform my work: helping people move beyond conceptual understanding and into a direct experience of themselves and life, including the emotional component, attuning, not bypassing, feeling into it.

I see the essence of my work as a combination of trauma healing and embodying the essence. From my personal experience, it has to happen via experience rather than intellectual theory. The non-dual lens helps me decode what really matters in life, and how our society and conditioning have distorted that.

In their own words.

Dagmara has a very incisive nature that compassionately lasers toward the roots of the issues which then dissolves the “story I tell myself”. I immensely appreciate her sense of humour that can often put things in perspective immediately. She makes me feel very “normal”, like it’s ok to be me just the way I am — no shoulds, no letting go of and pushing to be a better version of me (and rejecting who I am). I can just be me now — and that feels great. That really empowers my uniqueness and encourages me to share my talents from this perfect imperfectness. Thank you for seeing “ME” in me.

Dagmara is a compassionate, skilled coach who has supported me through many struggles, always helping me reconnect with myself and my truth. I’m grateful for her presence in my life and highly recommend her to others for her ability to create a healing space. Before working with Dagmara, I struggled with depression and loneliness, feeling lost. Through our sessions, I learned to embrace all aspects of myself, including “negative” emotions, without judgment. This has brought me compassion, freedom, and inner empowerment.

With Dagmara, I feel truly at ease — heard, understood, and guided toward my inner strength. Each session feels like putting together a puzzle, bringing clarity, relief, and a deep sense of completeness. Unlike past therapy experiences, where I felt pressured to improve, with Dagmara I can be honest and fully myself. Through this process, I’ve moved from feeling lost and frustrated to finding inner peace, emotional stability, and self-acceptance. Now, I trust myself, recognise my true thoughts and emotions, and feel confident in my worth.
