I have always loved and trusted life — I feel that love, play, adventure and recognising the beauty, peace and love in all things is at the heart of who we are.

Although I have been through various serious health problems and diagnoses, these qualities I mention above — which I believe are of God, Awareness, Consciousness, whatever you want to call it — are forever shining through, irrespective of the form, shape or state of our very intelligent and magnificent bodies.

I used to work in the corporate world, in media, working for large media companies in London. However, something in me was starving for depth and connection — there was a longing in my heart, I wasn’t sure what for.

My curiosity took me to Rishikesh in India, where I attended a yoga and meditation teacher training which altered the path of my life. I fell in love with Advaita Vedanta, yogic philosophy, Ayurvedic healing and yoga — the postures being solely instruments to connect deeper with the Divine, we can also call love.

I immersed myself in this for around ten years. Around five years ago, I became a student of Zen. I took vows in July 2025 and I feel the Zen understanding is at the heart of what I do, alongside immersing in and loving the intimacy of experience — never negating the real, raw, honest, wild, intelligent, unexpected, wondrous beings that we are — enjoying that and embracing all that being human has to offer, its twists and its turns.

But these days, I am much less interested in theories, philosophies or having the right spiritual understanding. I am interested in experience, what’s here, now, in front of us — whether it be pain, pleasure or magic — let’s explore and dive deeper.

I don’t believe we need to spend our lives endlessly trying to become a better version of ourselves. For me, the work is much more about revealing. Revealing what’s actually true for you — your gifts, your wonder, your majesty, your simplicity, your idiosyncrasies that make you different, your difference, your real authenticity which gives you your edge and your beautiful uniqueness.

There is no particular way that a human life needs to look. You may be living with chronic illness, struggling to find your place in the world, building an extraordinary business, longing for deeper intimacy, or drawn towards a simple and quiet existence that you would like to explore more fully. Our ordinary, messy, beautiful human lives can become the very place where our deepest understanding comes alive.

We create space for what is already here to be seen, felt and experienced — and for something more natural and authentic to emerge.

Ultimately, my work is an invitation to come closer — to all of yourself, to your body, mind, relationships, environment and your true nature — seeing how that shines through, permeates and penetrates everything that you are and everything that you do.

So essentially, it’s never about “transforming”, “becoming” or “upgrading” (choose your buzzword) into someone new, but perhaps discovering more fully what has been here within you, as you, all along.

How non-duality shapes the work.

Non-duality is much less about the theory, philosophy or concepts, and much more about lived experience — what’s here, now, in front of us? What is life, right now, presenting and showing us?

I don’t see anyone as fundamentally broken, lacking or in need of becoming something other than what they are. For me, it’s much more about revealing — becoming curious about what is already here and recognising the Love, Awareness or true nature that is already present, even amongst the very real, raw experience of being human.

So non-duality doesn’t take us away from our humanity. It allows us to meet it more intimately.
