| About the Nondual Approach | The principle of non-duality is a quiet but constant thread in all that I offer. Having witnessed the rawest forms of human suffering, I came to understand that healing doesn't occur in isolation, from a place of "me helping you," but from a shared field of presence where the illusion of separation begins to soften. Non-duality reminds me that there is no fixed self or other, no healer and wounded, but rather a dynamic, living process of awareness meeting itself with compassion. In my work, this shows up as a deep respect for the inherent wisdom of each client's system. I don't impose; I listen, attune, and support what is already unfolding. Whether through somatic work, Buddhist practice, or shadow integration, I aim to hold a space where the boundaries between body, mind, and spirit begin to blur. Clients can access their own capacity for wholeness, not something to reach for, but as something already present. |
