Nonduality opens the door to deeply nourishing and effective approaches to cultivating emotional and psychological wellbeing. When we navigate life's challenges from a mature understanding of the nature of suffering and conscious recognition of our True Nature, we're able to feel a greater sense of empowerment and peace throughout everyday life. When the deficient false self is seen through, the usual problems we find ourselves preoccupied with - not being good enough, wanting coworkers and romantic partners to change their behavior, feeling overwhelmed, etc., start to soften and dissolve. Nonduality invites the recognition that You Are What You're Looking For, and the experiential consequences of that insight can have a profound impact on lived experience. We don't need to stay on the hamster wheel, hoping for a better tomorrow - it turns out that the miracle of life can be fully appreciated and enjoyed, as it is, when we step off the wheel.
