About the Nondual Approach

My approach to nonduality is simple, practical, and pragmatic - with a deeply embodied orientation.  In general, the emphasis is on mind (cognitive and narrative) and body (presence and trauma).  I tend to discourage thinking about or being 'interested' in nonduality though - as such thoughts and interests perpetuate the subtle dualities present in nonduality.
