| About the Nondual Approach | Finding purpose and meaning in life can be challenging. The world we live in can seem like quite a hostile place for those who are beginning to ask deeper questions, for those who do not want to squeeze themselves into a way of living that isn’t true to who they are, or for those who find that life is just feeling empty right now. Those asking questions like ‘What is the point of all this?’, ‘Why am I here?’ and ‘Is a different way of living even possible?’ Asking these questions can trigger a crisis, a point in our lives where everything seems like too much. This can present itself as a depression, a high level of anxiety, despair and even suicidal thoughts. Hope may be lost, relationships may be strained, and a way out may seem impossible. If this sounds like you, I may be able to support you as you unpack what you believe is causing your suffering and begin this precious journey of self-discovery. |
