About the Nondual Approach

I help people remember who they are beneath strategies, stories, and symptoms—not by fixing what’s broken, but by returning to what’s never been lost.

We are living through destabilizing times. For many, this is an ontological crisis—a deep rupture in how we understand identity, belonging, and meaning. In the midst of this unraveling, we are invited to remember our essential nature and our indivisible connection to all beings, living or otherwise.

Our work may include trauma resolution, parts dialogue, grief integration, or relational healing, but it’s always grounded in the field of awake, unbroken presence. This field isn’t something we achieve—it’s revealed as we slow down and listen: to breath, sensation, energy. The body shows us where presence is veiled, where protection remains, and where self-recognition wants to emerge.

Clients come in the wake of spiritual openings, relationship ruptures, identity shifts, or existential loss. Whether you’re integrating awakening or rebuilding after collapse, I offer a space where both nervous system and soul can settle.

Together, we may:

Gently unwind trauma through body-based presence
Meet inner parts as wise expressions of need and care
Rest in somatic stillness as a doorway to original nature
Discern between conditioned self-concepts and direct awareness
Reenter the world as an expression of that same field of being
This is quiet, subtle, transformational work. It’s not about escaping pain, but learning to meet life as it is—with presence, curiosity, and trust.

If you’re seeking a space where spiritual realization and clinical care meet—especially in a time that challenges who we think we are—I’d be honored to walk with you.
