| About the Nondual Approach | In the journey of nondual realization, parts of ourselves that are wanting to be met, acknowledged, or lived often come to the surface. Sometimes as we abide in presence and awareness, these fears, contractions, and insecurities fall away with the recognition of our true nature. Other times, they are wanting (and needing) to be met more intimately, honored, loved, and welcomed for who and what they are. The gentle unfolding of meeting these parts of ourselves often deepens our capacity to live our realization even more fully, and helps us step ever more daringly into the beautiful unknown that is our life. Between realization of our timeless, innocent yet wise nature and welcoming of our delicate animal body, our life can begin to develop a coherent wholeness. |
