| About the Nondual Approach | Since 2013 I've been experiencing non-dual spiritual experiences and have direct experience of witness consciousness, unity consciousness and unusual spiritual experiences (kundalini awakening, out of body experiences, telepathy, empathy etc.). As I've experienced these states myself I can give validation and support to you as you move through them into deeper states that are more integrated into your humanity. The non-dual awakenings I've experienced have led to openings of my heart and body that allow me to sense and feel the energies of your own body, aiding me to bear witness to your challenges in ways that support their relaxation and release. I was a senior student of Fran Bennett and was taught by her for 5 years. She was a teacher in the non-dual scene who gave talks at the Science and Non-Duality Conference and was publicly endorsed by respected spiritual figures such as Adyashanti, Ken Wilber, Steve Taylor and Father Thomas Keating. Fran taught me the importance of truly living my awakening within the raw depths of my humanity. I bring Fran's teachings of allowing our Spirit to meet our humanity whenever I work with people by allowing them to be held by the spiritual energy that flows through me. |
