| About the Nondual Approach | The essence of our true being is there in us all, but sometimes it feels hard to reach or understand, through the pain it can be difficult to make sense of what is trying to emerge. Though it can be a cliché, I find it difficult to use another word to describe our experience, other than a 'journey', I believe we're all on a journey of self discovery and each have our own path to tread, while at the same time being connected to the whole. I invite a space where together we can unpack what asks for our attention in order to be released or understood and create space to let in or accept what is there. I work with you where you are at on your journey and together we can tailor the therapy to where would be most helpful for you in this moment. |
