| About the Nondual Approach | The non-dual approach has been such a blessing for me personally, trying to make sense of a polarised, crazy world! After a many hours of personal therapy and learning a traditional approach to counselling and psychotherapy, I came to realise that I was 'something' deeper than my thoughts and beliefs. Non-duality is seeing the world through a clear pair of eyes. Seeing reality for how it truly is and being the peace that you are.
