About the Nondual Approach

Nonduality-informed Yoga Therapy supports you to connect with the inherent wisdom that is within you and make this a guiding light in your life. There are many gateways to this wisdom, including the body, breath, energy, exploring the mind and going beyond the limitations of the cognitive mind through non-duality practices. I specialise in working with people experiencing life transitions and those interested in exploring how deepening our connection with our own inherent wisdom can reduce experiences of suffering in the mind and body. This approach is also highly effective in supporting people who are experiencing specific mental or physical health challenges, working with your inherent wisdom to explore the messages your body and mind are trying to convey and meeting them with kindness, compassion and curiosity.
