Working at the depth where the body holds what words haven’t reached yet — somatic sessions, Family Constellation work and healing circles.
I work at the depth where the body holds what words haven’t reached yet.
My practice, Conscious Holistic, offers one-to-one somatic sessions, Family Constellation work, and small group healing circles, all available online to clients worldwide. I work with individuals navigating developmental and transgenerational trauma, burnout, life transitions, attachment wounds, anxiety, and the patterns that understanding alone hasn’t been able to shift.
What draws me to this work and to this directory is the same thing that runs through every modality I practice: the recognition that genuine healing arises not from technique but from presence. From the quality of awareness that a practitioner brings into the room. From the willingness to meet what is, without agenda for how it should resolve.

Her practice is shaped by teachers of Buddhist contemplative tradition and present-moment awareness.
How non-duality shapes the work.
In Somatic Experiencing, we speak of the practitioner’s regulated nervous system as a resource — as something the client’s system can borrow from, co-regulate with. But this only works when the practitioner is actually present. When awareness is genuinely open and receptive rather than monitoring and managing.
The message of nonduality — that there is no fundamental separation between the self that is witnessing and the experience being witnessed — shapes everything about how I sit with another person.
In Family Constellation work, we speak of the knowing field: the sense in which a constellation reveals something already present, something that exists in the relational field beyond individual psychology. This maps directly to the nondual understanding that consciousness is not contained within individual boundaries but is something we participate in.
